I am a California small artist studying various media but most notably digital design. While incorporating my experiences as a Japanese-American into my art. I have completed an Associates in Art, Liberal Arts, Certificate in Studio Art and I am currently pursuing my degree in Web Design and Programming.
Since I played my first game on the SNES as a toddler in the 90's, I have loved to play video games in my spare time. My main console and game being the Nintendo 64 and Mario Kart. Upgrading to various new consoles and FPS gaming on a PC.
I have been drawing ever since I can remember. I had a love of animals so I drew them every chance I had. Especially our dogs. That love grew to a love of manga, to animation, and to all art. Eventually, leading to my completion of an Associates in Art.
Like many I grew up watching TV. TV became a big influence in my life and shaped who I am today. I watched shows like Sailor Moon, G Gundam, Family Matters, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I continued with shows like Jujutsi Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, and Supernatural.
With my love of shows came the movies that proceeded them. I became a big fan of Marvel, DC, Star Trek, Studio Ghibli, and The Hobbit. Collecting memorabilia And according to some, classified as a nerd.
As a child I was always befriending any animal that came my way. So when I got the chance I began to foster feral and sick kittens set for euthanasia and helped to TNR. This helps make them adoptable and free up a spot in the shelter. And for the ones that would be too difficult to socialize I get them medical help and spayed/neutered so they can live long healthy lives in the community, find out how you can save a life here.
Some of my favorite foods are Japanese curry with white rice, meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn, Japanese white peaches and nectarines (AKA the origin of my name!).
